This is great on pork and beef.
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon water
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon fresh minced chives (or the chopped ones in the spice section if your grocery store doesn't carry fresh chives - like all the grocery stores in Utah... boo.)
Whisk lemon juice, water, sugar, mustard, salt, and pepper together. Slowly whisk in the oil. Stir in the chives and you're ready to go!
I'm not a big lemon fan, but this wasn't too lemony at all. Yum!

I have had this and I will testify that it is pretty good. Pretty simple to make too.
