I can't believe that I found you, fate did a number on me. If you end up with my arms around you, it's meant to be. Well, maybe my crazy is showing, but baby I'm hooked on your touch. But wherever my life is going, there ain't no rush. 'Cause wherever you're goin', I'd like to go too, if you don't have anything better to do. I'd love to spend some more time together, so what are you doin' between now and forever? I'll take the blue with the gray days, I just pray the road will be long, 'cause if I'm beside you there's no way I can go wrong. - Bryan White

Wesley Update

Wesley turned 9 months old on Christmas Eve Day. We went in for his 9 month check-up the Monday after that and here are his stats:

Weight: 22lbs 11ounces - 81%
Length: 28.3 inches - 51%
Head Circ.: 18.5 inches - 90%

He's doing all sorts of fun stuff like saying "uh-oh", standing alone, taking his first 2 steps!, walking along furniture a lot, crawling at super-sonic speed, playing well with the 2 older boys, getting his first 3 teeth (1 up, 2 down), being cuddly, smiling for pictures, babbling tons, clapping when we say "yay!", making car sound effects when he plays with them, signing "more", and generally being a sweet little man. I moved him into 18 month shirts, but he's still in 12 month pants and pajamas. He's in a good nap routine and puts himself to sleep for those. He sleeps 12 hours a night (8pm-8am) like a little angel. Wes is eating everything in sight - from Vienna Sausage to mashed fruits and veggies with rice cereal to vanilla ice cream! He loves canned peas, pears, green beans and applesauce. He's down to just 2 bottles a day - morning and night - and is learning how to drink juice out of a sippy cup so I can switch him to milk when he turns one.

Sure do love our big-little guy!!!

That picture of him is so cute. I am glad he is healthy and well, and such a good eater! That is a definite plus. Hope all is well for your family...and just curious how is that diet you spoke of working out? Maybe we'll have to try it out.
